Job Title: Senior React DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid

Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior
React Developer to join our team for a banking sector client in
Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience
in React development, with a strong emphasis on React Hooks and
React Router. This hybrid position allows for a blend of remote and
in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web applications
using React.js.
- Utilize React Hooks for state management and side effects in
functional components.
- Implement routing solutions using React Router to create
seamless navigation experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and
mockups into high-quality code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of
web-capable devices and browsers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to
ensure best practices in coding and design.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and
ensure smooth data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring a
high-quality user experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to
continually improve product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in React development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks and React
Router.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux,
Context API).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous
programming.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile
methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work
effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Note: Must have some experience on Geni AI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for unit
and integration testing.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack,
Babel).
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best
practices.
