Job Description:

Modis has an immediate job opening for a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst with one of our premier Charlotte area clients. This job opportunity is providing technical support to locations throughout the US.  We are seeking customer service oriented Help Desk Analysts with high volume call center experience.  If you would like to work with one of the most recognized organizations in Charlotte this job could be for you.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support via phone to retail locations across the US
  • Deliver a first class customer experience while resolving technical issues with POS equipment


 
Desired Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service focused call center environment
  • Ability to work weekends and be flexible to work one of three shifts during the week
