Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Administer Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) security (user account creation, deletion, add/remove access, etc.).
  
• Creation of Security Groups, General Resource Profiles, and Dataset Profiles while using the concept of "least privilege required"
  
• Assist with Mainframe product installs, upgrades, certificate renewals and disaster recovery planning.
  
• Work with various business units, project teams and vendors to address security concerns by identifying requirements, interviewing stakeholders, evaluating existing processes and alternatives, and presenting findings
  
• Execute comparisons between users' ids using zSecure comparison tool.
  
• Review daily violation reports and address as necessary
  
• Preparation and participation in various internal & external audits related to access controls.
  
• Provide On-Call support for mainframe related access issues
  
• Perform other related duties as required
  
  The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $114,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility. -
