Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTION--As a Billing Database Specialist, you'll use your knowledge of house values, code tables, agent/franchise codes and house creation processes to facilitate address creation in various billing systems. You help support Sales and other organizations with their house creation and maintenance needs.--WHAT OUR BUSINESS DATABASE SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST

• Assisting in the implementation of billing software standards and regional reports
• Understanding the different house creation processes that vary by market
• Supporting various serviceability applications used to facilitate requests
• Maintaining established service legal agreements (SLA's) for residential and commercial house build requests
• Applying proper house values during the house creation process
• Interpreting engineering design maps to determine serviceability
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly house maintenance quality control checks
• Facilitating change request tickets from end users--In this role you'll work in a dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy of data entry into the billing system and maintenance and datagovernance of the House Tables in all Billers. You'll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM--Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Cable billing, cable operations, and cable accounting procedures: 2 years or more; cable television products and service knowledge: 2 years or more; cable industry software; project management
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related experience and/or training: 3 or more months; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of CSG and ICOMS billing systems; knowledge of Premise related code tables and house values; software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Abilities: Prioritize & organize effectively, adhere to timelines; proof read, communicate clearly both orally and in writing--SPECTRUM CONNECTS YOU TO MORE
