Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Tableau Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities:

• Engage with other developers to develop enhancements within established code and data and control environments
• Engage with data management and infrastructure partners to deliver enhanced data attributes to support modeling and other analysis and reporting
• Execute testing and validation of model and analytical enhancements
• Support other ad hoc projects within Liquidity Management
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues
• Creating tools to store data within the organization
• Sr Analysts focus will be development of visualization capabilities related to a liquidity risk model and related attribution analytics, based on provided business requirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related work experience
  • 5+ years of industry experience working with financial products
  • Excellent Tableau and related visualization and analytical skills to build visualization capability from scratch on top of existing data environment
  • Excellent SQL skills to support Tableau development
  • Data preparation for effective visualization and analysis
  • Energetic and self-motivated. Candidate should have a strong intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to drive project goals across functions with minimal oversight
  • Knowledge of global payment, clearing, and settlement systems and processes
