begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking Lead
Software Engineers responsible for designing and delivering
capabilities to transform our Contact Center service to better
serve our business teams and customers. Contact Center as a Service
(CCaaS) provides a customer the ability to communicate with Wells
Fargo to access products & services (inquires, transactions, open
new accounts) in the channel and manner they chose. The team of
engineers will be responsible for architecting and designing
cloud-based Contact Center solutions. In this role, you will:
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are
companywide with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and
companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale
technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and
programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise
technological environment, and technical challenges that require
in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or
unprecedented technical factors
- Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best
practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring
understanding of industry best practices and new technologies,
influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and
drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior
technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex
technical issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor Required
Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years working with Google Cloud
- 2+ years of Javascript development experience
- 2+ years of experience with React Required Qualifications,
International:
- Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated
through one or a combination of the following: work experience,
training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Experience with Rules Engines
- Proficient with service-oriented architecture, API and
micro-services design.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure such as Code tool
Terraform and GitHub.
- Proficient on container-based solution services like
Kubernetes
- Understanding of Network Architecture
- General understanding of Cloud services implementation
- Prior experience with migration from on-prem to public cloud
solution.
- Experience in developing contact center applications in
collaboration/omnichannel space would be a plus.
- Understanding of Cloud service offerings on Storage and
Database.
- HTTP and HTTPS protocols, handshakes and security
- Network security standards and capabilities Job Expectations:
- Candidate must be willing and able to work after hours and
weekends if required and participate in "on-call" rotation.
