About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, to help us deliver a new application that will set the bar for building modern Web Applications at Wells Fargo. This will not just impact the future of how we build Web Applications but also how we integrate and architect with back-end services and cloud infrastructure. • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Collaborate with UX design teams and partner in creating UX standards while implementing each use case.
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Mentor and/or coach other developers formally or informal
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 4+ years of experience with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript and writing clean and developer friendly code
  • 4+ years of Web Development with any of modern JavaScript Web frameworks such as React JS, Angular, VueJS or similar. Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience with creating near pixel perfect, robust and developer friendly code for user interfaces / Web Applications.
    • Experience with ReactJS, JestJS, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, StorybookJS, StencilJS, Angular.
    • Experience build RESTFul API and web services.
    • Experience with creating large scale Web Applications, specifically with ReactJS but not a must.
    • Familiarity with complex state management, specifically with other state management tools like Redux, RxJS or other similar.
    • Experience writing and UI unit tests (Jest, Jasmine, etc.)
    • Experience with guidance and mentoring of other developers while working on projects and initiatives Job Expectations:
