to the Director, Talent Acquisition for goals, guidance and
assistance.What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Technology and Product TA
strategies through collaboration across business lines.
- Drive the TA process through effective recruiting team
management, to include monitoring service level execution while
maximizing productivity and efficiencies.
- Coordinate the TA process by providing reporting for functional
operating groups based on needs covering areas such as open
requisition, hiring activity, source of hire and process
evaluations.
- Enhance the sourcing process through the identification and
execution of additional techniques and helping recruiters execute
sourcing tactics.
- Manage strategic sourcing processes through the evaluation of
sourcing channels and the management of cost-effective resources
and tools.
- Ensure clear and concise recruiting communications by serving
as a lead for individual and team meetings.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing
guidance to team members across the organization on their career
development plans.
- Act as a change champion for new initiatives and use team
meetings to review and reinforce training.
- Promote diversity by spearheading TA strategies and ensuring
recruiters are using sourcing techniques that reach diverse
populations.
- Troubleshoot solutions for aging requisitions through in-depth
analyses of techniques and proactively reporting issues and
solutions to leadership.
- Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO),
Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and any applicable federal, state and
local guidelines through continuous monitoring of recruitment and
outreach activities.
- Support Human Resources and business leaders by providing
recruitment analyses.
- Achieve targeted headcount requirements through collaboration
with business leaders to develop the workforce and staffing
plans.
- Continuously improve the quality of recruiting efforts and
talent entering the organization through effective assessments and
evaluations of processes.
- Support the success of the talent acquisition strategy by
identifying and selecting media, technology and social
solutions.
- Implement metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of talent
acquisition programs and create audit cadence, to include
compliance and productivity evaluations, and submit them for senior
leadership to leverage.
- Maintain appropriate records and metrics that cover recruitment
and hiring activity, termination and transfers.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans after
analyzing data and results, comparing strategy and targets and
communicating status to determine an action plan.
- Mitigate risks by adhering to all applicable federal, state and
local laws related to employment.
- Improve the quality of candidates entering the organization by
actively sourcing, recruiting, screening, selecting, interviewing
and evaluating potential applicants.Required keys for success:
- Three or more years of management experience.
- Six or more years of human resources or recruiting
experience.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, recruiting
technologies, staffing and employment practices.
- Working knowledge of market compensation trends.
- History of working with hiring managers at all levels of the
organization while supervising recruitment teams.
- Strong business planning and forecasting skills with the
ability to maintain client and company confidentiality.
- History of working independently while supervising and
motivating others.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects,
make decisions and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the
ability to show sound judgment and initiative while working under
pressure.
- Track record of analyzing data to develop and present
data-driven reports and presentations to executive levels.
- Knowledge of broadband products and services.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends,
needs and expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with
