It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Control Management Officer for the Technology Control organization supporting Enterprise Agile Transformation and the SDLC processes.This role will be accountable for supporting the Software Development Lifecycle and Enterprise Agile Transformation Program as Control representative for all Wells Fargo functional business, technology and all lines of defense in areas with respect to the following activities:

  • Build, run and deliver a horizontal cross-functional pilots to build and design process foundation practices (i.e., engagement model, product risk identification and control user story libraries)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by overseeing strategy and execution of all activities
  • Collaborate with and influence corporate heads, business heads, legal, audit, regulators, industry partners, elected officials, and trade groups including more experienced leadership
  • Partners with Lines of Defense to ensure effective monitoring and oversight capabilities are established and operating effectively with key process, risk and controls
  • Assists with the implementation of enterprise wide corporate policies, risks and controls in partnership with all lines of Defense.
  • Builds strong customer relationships to achieve the maximum capacity needed to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Implements and defines best practices in alignment with organizational change methodologies and approachesRequired Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Must have IT project management experience or Agile experience
      • Proven track record establishing governance for project or product management life cycle
      • 3+ years of management experience in an matrixed organization environment
      • Experience working with internal auditors, external auditors and examiners is a plus
      • Agile certification or sAFE certification is a plus
      • Experience evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls; and identifying issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations
      • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
