About this role:Wells Fargo SDLC is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant.In this role, you will:SDLC Build and Release oversight

  • Lead work related to SDLC control execution including drafting and standing up of procedures and controls in partnership with enterprise policy teams, SDLC, control owners and other key stakeholders
  • Analyze trends found and make recommendations for change
  • Provide reporting related to the compliance findings
  • Maintain automated reporting requirements
  • Facilitate Monthly/Quarterly meetings with key stakeholders
  • Enhance control(s) related processes to cover policy updates
  • Maintain and work through backlog for SDLC Governance, including analysis of metrics and escalations based on policy non-compliance
  • Execute various reporting in support of Audit, and partner/leadership teams, as well as procedures for peer team engagementMaintain SDLC approved Tools/Solutions
    • Review proposed changes to controls to ensure compliance with enterprise risk expectations (FLOD, SLOD, Audit)
    • Implement technical initiatives for enterprise governance impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
    • Conduct SDLC Build and Release tool compliancy for enterprise applicationsRequired Qualifications, US:
      • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 4+ years of experience working in an SDLC background (knowledge of development methodologies including Agile, testing practices and DevOps)
      • 2+ years of experience with governing frameworks (for example COBIT; NIST; CSA)
      • 2+ years of experience with generating metric-based reportingDesired Qualifications:
        • Experience measuring the performance of controls and adjusting of controls and processes
        • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
        • Experience using JIRA platform
        • Ability to create accurate and concise technical documentation
        • Ability to develop metrics related to SDLC controls
        • Partnership - proficient
        • Communication - proficient
        • Risk & Compliance - experience working with first line and second line Risk groups
