PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential and support their long-term aspirations.Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.I promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams.Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:8 year(s) of progressive roles leading IT architecture and engineering designs and domains.Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study:Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer ProgrammingPreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in strategic IT including the following areas: -Leveraging business and domain acumen to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans;Administrating configuration management and implementation of Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and PowerView, SQL Server, Excel, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and -Application Gateways in a global enterprise environment;Utilizing Business Intelligence solution development with DAX, data modeling, data mart and data warehouse architectures;Migrating BI solutions based on non-Power BI technologies (Tableau, ZoomData) to Power BI;Understanding and explaining the value proposition of digital integration and Power BI solutions;Establishing Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative and waterfall, using blended resources;Demonstrating robust analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues;Providing technical recommendations to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT investments/solutions;Protecting of intellectual property, disaster recovery planning and adherence to SDLC;Possessing architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based deployment;Demonstrating business acumen that can interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought leadership of specific technologies and driving technology change;Displaying business knowledge and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and influence relationships with senior leaders;Supervising and establishing delivery of project initiatives;Building trusting and influential relationships and engaging with vendors and third parties as appropriate;Collaborating with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards;Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs;Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and novel approaches in order to make recommendations to enhance business processes and/or create a competitive advantage;Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in resolving complex technical issues;Providing design guidance that follows the enterprise architecture vision and adheres to applicable application technology guidelines;Mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy;Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues and application rationalization;Displaying initiative and an ability to lead others;Providing coaching and technical mentoring; Learning rapidly and continuously taking advantage of new technologies, concepts and business models;Demonstrating a history of staying current in emerging technology trends;Understanding of Design Styles, Patterns and Methodologies such as MVC, SOA, Microservice, SPA, MVC/MVP;Orchestrating Microservices to create business APIs and REST API design and creation;Designing, building and deploying cloud-centric solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP;Understanding relational and document database knowledge and microservice architecture with distributed processing patterns (SQL, NoSQL);Demonstrating architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based deployment;Supporting technology and the business to align cloud standards;Updating and maintaining the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables for cloud technology;
