Partner with business product managers, lead systems architects, and engineers to develop product functional and technical strategy for the domain(s), including development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps and shaping prioritized features. Oversee engineering teams to deliver commitments aligned to strategic product priorities. Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of senior engineers and lower level engineering managers and assists in hiring top engineering talent. Collaborate within and across agile teams to design, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and methodologies. Ensures the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third party providers. Support implementation of features spanning multiple teams for multiple product or capability domains. Partners with product managers to drive business outcomes. Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met.   • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience
  • 3 + years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
  • 3+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)Desired Qualifications
    • An industry-standard technology certification
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • 3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
    • 3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
    • 3+ years of Agile experience
    • 3+ years of Object Oriented experience
    • 3+ years of Python experience
    • 3 + years of experience with front end frameworks such as Bootstrap
    • 3+ years of Tableau experience
    • 3 + years of experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) web application using ASP.NET MVC, Knockout, Javascript, or JQuery, or with frameworks such as Angular.JS or HTML 5
    • 3 + years of experience developing web applications utilizing HTML 5
    • 3 + years of experience with configuration, management, and troubleshooting Connect:Direct application and Secure+Other Desired Qualifications
      • 3+ years of development experience with one or more of the following: Java, C++, C#, C, or .NET
      • experience with source coding in one or a combination of the following: GitHub, SVN(Subversion), TFVC(Team Foundation Version Control) or TFSGit (Team Foundation Server)
      • 3 + years of web application development experience
