Job Description:Position Summary Candidate will lead a function responsible for designing and developing automation and monitoring solutions in support of the Employee Experience Technology production environment. The role requires solid knowledge of the enterprise employee technology environment and experience in software development management, as well as a proven track record of development of enterprise solutions. The candidate will lead an agile team that develops provisioning, self-service, and production operations automation systems to drive efficiencies, improve timeliness and accuracy, and create frictionless interactions with internal customers. The candidate will also be responsible for adhering to, owning, updating, and creating necessary security and development standards. Employees in this job manage a function but may not necessarily directly manage people.
