Position Overview Java with Camunda Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience 2 years of Lead experience. Should have strong experience with NIFI and Camunda tools Should have onsiteoffshore coordination experience and should be comfortable working in onsiteoffshore model. As Lead Software Java Developer, you play a key role in creating, maintaining and improving the software Implement and ensure coding standards are followed and in accordance with applicable software, development methodology, release processes and quality requirements Participate in product andor application definition activities including feature analysis and system trade-offs Estimate level of effort for own work and input in estimates for other developers Maintain strong relationships and communication with offshore delivery teams, providing direction, guidance and challenge. Create and communicate designs for large sets of new functionalities as part of a software project Contribute to overall system architecture and ensure system designs are aligned. Research new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
