Job Description:
Description: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013-L3, (Mandatory) . As
Consultant, you are responsible for Resolving day to day tickets as
part of the application maintenance and support. To Ensure
application stability and take proactive measure for zero down time
of the production application. To Provide fix for productions bugs
and minor enhancements. To perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual
maintenance tasks. To Perform code deployment for new feature
release. To Coordinate all patching and infrastructure changes for
application. To Perform Platform upgrade and product fixes which
are provided by Microsoft. To deploy monitoring tools to monitor
the application performance and health of critical business
functions. To Low and medium level of automation of manual tasks.
To create KB articles for recurring issues for user communities and
Support team members. Preferred Skills : .Net SQL Server
TransactSQL Javascript ASP.Net SSIS Kingswaysoft Has not worked,
however read about what this tool does and knows how to use it.
