Do you have 5 years of experience managing Scrum teams and leading change through fast paced sprints in a banking context?

Are you well versed in AGILE methodologies, and comfortable communicating the details of how to implement this approach to teams with diverse levels of awareness of AGILE concepts?

Have you worked well with transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile?
