professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner for our North America
Product Line Teams. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for
driving the implementation of the Electrolux HR strategy and the new HR
delivery model. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will be a key
partner in supporting the management team to execute proactive solutions for
people and organizational issues.In this role, you will have the opportunity to coach,
collaborate and partner with the management team to drive a high-performance
culture, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational
effectiveness. You will be a strategic partner to the business and act as a
change agent to implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the
business strategy and objectives along different stakeholders, globally.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR

its fantastic product lines.What you'll do:

  • Provide HR business partnering and HR service delivery support for the Food Preparation, Food Preservation, Care and Wellbeing product lines.
  • Support core HR processes including Talent Management and Performance Management processes, driving a high-performance work culture and supporting critical development and training initiatives, balancing overall functional capability needs with client specific needs.
  • Actively participate in special projects for clients and the HR function, ensuring alignment with business needs, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Oversee and ensure recruiting/talent acquisition activities are aligned with talent strategy and meeting business needs for client group.
  • Provide support for onboarding, wellbeing, code of conduct, discipline, performance, D&I and compliance with labor law.Identify gaps, propose, and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Support and guide business leaders and direct reports with advice and counsel, ensuring the integration of HR strategy with the business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, government agencies, and all employment related laws.
  • Coordinate and support workplace legal activities, as required.
  • Support and drive a positive employee relations approach among the various client groups.
  • Support administrative HR services requiring local presence, in the absence of in-country HR staff. - Ensure client alignment related to shared priorities and deliverables.Qualifications
    required:
    • Bachelor's Degree required, in relevant field.
    • Experience with technical disciplines such as R&D, Engineering, Design and Sustainability preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required. Ability to balance the strategic and the practical
