Job Description:
Responsible for the support of full cycle payroll functions
including weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing in
Workday for multi-state sites in the US and Canada. The position
will be responsible for processing payrolls from begin to end,
submitting payroll files in a timely manner to payroll service
provider. Support wage attachment administration for North America.
Assist the Manager, Payroll & HRIS with day-to-day and year-end
payroll processes. Responsible for balancing payroll runs,
answering employee questions and troubleshooting payroll issues as
they arise.Essential Duties: Process full cycle payroll functions
for multiple Husqvarna locations including bi-weekly, weekly exempt
and non-exempt employees for the US and Canada, process retiree
payroll once a month.Process special compensation, commissions,
retro pay increases and final payouts.Resolve timesheet disputes
through multiple time and attendance systems and process
adjustments / corrections.Payroll reporting as required, including
GL's, Federal & State Reporting, etc.Audit and validate payroll
registers, payroll error messages and data clean up.Assist with
multi-state tax filings and work with Payroll Vendor Tax
Services.Support Vacation Accrual & Tracking for multiple Husqvarna
sites.Support Wage Attachment Administration for the US and
Canada.Audit and validate payroll registersAssist with multi-state

and Canada.Prepare documents required by state agencies. Administer
and maintain payroll compliance with respect to all local, state
and federal laws.Prepare documents required by state agencies and
CRA.Administer and maintain payroll compliance with respect to all
local, state, provincial and federal laws in the US and
Canada.Assist with implementations, centralization, conversions and
mergers.Upload hours from multiple Time Keeping systems (KRONOS,
ADP EZ LABOR, etc.)Support Year-End process ensuring accuracy of
W2s, 1099s, T-4's, tax adjustments and other year end
processes.Assist the Payroll team with special projects as
needed.Qualifications (Education and Experience):Required High
School Diploma minimum, AS degree preferredAt least two years of
payroll experience, with knowledge of web-based payroll
systemsExcellent interpersonal skills, possessing a high sense of
confidentiality.Strong organizational skills with ability to
effectively handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Strong
attention to detail, consistently demonstrating accuracy and
thoroughness.Clear communication skills, both oral and
written.Strong customer service skills, responding promptly and
accurately to internal/external customer needs.Team oriented; able
to balance team and individual responsibilities.Flexible and
adaptable to frequent change.Proficient in Microsoft Office
programs (Word, Excel, Lotus Note, etc.).Proficient in uploading
import / export electronic files in payroll process.DesiredCollege
education and/or degree is preferredUltiPro and Workday experience
a plus.Canadian payroll experience.Prior experience supporting
