We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in our Charlotte office. This role will initially be the primary owner of our corporate recruiting initiatives but evolve over 18-24 months into an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, supporting assigned groups and their HR related needs, and assigned HR projects. Initially, the Coordinator will focus 80% of their time on recruiting/sourcing for open roles and 20% on: requisition and role description administration, ATS updates, management, and reporting, offer negotiations and package administration, background checks, onboarding, and 30/60/90-day plan preparations with hiring managers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Full Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration. This includes posting and closing of roles as well as maintaining all applicant correspondence
  • Management of requisition approvals and administration from start to finish. This includes working with hiring managers to ensure all needed documents are completed and submitted.
  • Selection and Recruitment: Own process from start to finish
  • Facilitate pre-employment process for new hires
  • Manage onboarding plans (30-60-90 day) with hiring managers
  • Coordination and booking of candidate travel for interviews
    Qualifications and Training:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to effectively exercise discretion and judgement in handling confidential/proprietary information
    • Demonstrated ability to meet project timelines
    • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
    • 1-2 years recruiting and/or HR experience is preferred but not required
    • Some travel will be required (25%) if/when the transition to HRBP occurs
    • Willingness to work a hybrid work schedule (3-4 days a week in office)
