Lead the development and maintenance of company-wide job
grading/leveling/career-banding. Manage implementation and
communication of structures across all lines of business.
Analyzes job descriptions, formulates recommendations regarding
FLSA exemptions, market data comparisons, and organizational
structures. - Works closely with the leaders of the company
providing compensation analysis and guidance for team structures,
promotions, equity adjustments. - Manages the annual merit review
Ensure ongoing FLSA compliance and conduct audits periodically to
assess compliance; thoroughly document findings and recommend
appropriate solutions for compliance.
Oversee and administer the -Company Managerial Bonus program
throughout the year and Q1 payout.
Provide guidance and oversight for the National Awards Program. -
New manager training on all programs, systemized tracking
established and maintained.
Partner with HRMS team to ensure development and design of
compensation tools for manager self-service, bonus and incentive
planning a tracking, and annual merit planning.
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Compensation
HR Generalist/ Business partner background is a plus
WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional desired
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one
to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Good interpersonal skills with excellent written communication and
verbal communication skills
