commitment to culture. We are looking for a hands on Service
Manager to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and
drive daily operations including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and
host stand. Engage with guests. Receive feedback and comments to
understand areas of opportunity and strengths. Create an
environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for all guests and
team members. Monitor and coach team members on performance and
compliance. Train and develop team members to their highest
potential. Evaluate work procedures and identify methods for
increasing efficacy or productivity. Write weekly work schedules to
accommodate team members and sales volumes. Recruit and interview
applicants, hire and onboard new team members. Conducts cash drops,
reviews credit card totals, and verifies deposit slips. Completes
all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time. Benefits

law Requirements Previous supervisory and/or hospitality industry
experience required. High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and work well under
pressure. Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
Must be approachable and have good leadership skills. Must be at
least 21 years of age. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
(including trash bags). Position requires prolonged standing,
bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with
hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment. A valid
drivers license, proof of insurance and non-slip shoes are
required. Salary Description 55,000 to 65,000
