menu development The Role As Executive Chef, you will: Oversee all
culinary operations, including daily dining and private events
Drive innovation in menu design while respecting member favorites
and traditions Play a key role in capital improvement discussions
and culinary facility investments Contribute immediately as a
strategic leader within the club's leadership team Uphold the
highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation Our

accredited institution preferred 5 years of executive-level
culinary leadership experience (country club or luxury hospitality
preferred- up and coming chefs with strong experience as a sous
chef will be considered) Strong knowledge of multi-outlet food
service operations Proven financial acumen and cost-control
expertise Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational
skills ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety
certification Compensation Health, vision, and dental insurance

(ACF) membership Salary commensurate with experience up to
