Job Description Job Description PUTAWAY ASSOCIATE JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Put Away position is responsible for quickly removing scanned products and putting them away according to our system. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Remove scanned product from the scanning area quickly Move product to the bays, putting them on the shelves according to auction and lot number Be responsible for helping the team meet quantity and quality goals Sweep and remove trash from empty bays and mobile scan area Perform any other tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday for 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time Must be tech-savvy Must be able to follow written directions and company policies Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent BENEFITS: Healthcare after 60 days of employment Weekly paychecks Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment Employee Referral Program 5 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace.
