Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a passionate Coffee Bar Manager to oversee
the daily operations of our on-site coffee bar at a prestigious
institution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a
dynamic, service-driven environment and who wishes to elevate the
coffee drinking experience of our diverse clientele. As a key
member of our food and beverage team, the Coffee Bar Manager will
be at the forefront of providing exceptional service, supervising
staff, and ensuring operational excellence in line with Aramark's
commitment to innovation and excellence. Manage the day-to-day
operations of the coffee bar, ensuring high standards of coffee
preparation and service. Train and supervise staff, scheduling
shifts and evaluating performance to develop a high-performing
team. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the
coffee bar is well-stocked and running efficiently. Implement
health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with food
safety standards. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
and suppliers to ensure quality of all purchased goods. Manage
budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures.
Engage with customers, gathering feedback to enhance service levels
and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other Aramark managers
and teams to promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and
to participate in special events. Expert knowledge of coffee
brewing techniques, equipment, and quality control. Leadership and
team management skills. Strong financial acumen for budget
management and cost control. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
and handle multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills and the
ability to effectively manage crisis situations. Medical Insurance
