clientele in a year-round destination. THE ROLE Chetola Resort is
seeking a service-oriented and driven Restaurant Manager to lead
the daily operations of Timberlake's Restaurant. This leadership
role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering
exceptional dining experiences. The Restaurant Manager will oversee
front-of-house service, support staff development, and work closely
with the culinary and events teams to ensure a seamless guest
experience in both the restaurant and event dining settings. WHAT
YOU'LL DO Guest Experience & Service Leadership Ensure outstanding
guest service and satisfaction across all meal periods Oversee
day-to-day operations of Timberlake's Restaurant, bar, and patio
dining areas Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
and professionally Maintain an active and visible presence on the
floor to support service and coaching Team Management & Scheduling
Hire, train, and lead a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and
supervisors Create and manage FOH schedules based on forecasted
business levels Set performance expectations and provide coaching,
recognition, and feedback Foster a team culture rooted in
professionalism, collaboration, and pride in service Operational
Execution Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and
readiness for each shift Oversee POS accuracy, cash handling, and
end-of-day reporting Manage inventory of FOH supplies and work with
vendors to maintain stock Support execution of private events,
banquets, and special holiday meal service Collaboration &
Financial Stewardship Partner with the Executive Chef and kitchen
team to ensure efficient service and communication Monitor labor
and food cost controls in alignment with department goals
Contribute to menu development, service enhancements, and seasonal
promotions Maintain all required compliance with ABC laws, health
codes, and safety standards Requirements: ABOUT YOU Passionate
about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, collaborative
style Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in dynamic service
environments Detail-focused, highly organized, and committed to
guest and team success REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant
management experience required; resort or upscale dining experience
strongly preferred Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial
reporting Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
and health/safety regulations Must be available to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and
