-Serves guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to
established service standards.
-Prepares and serves beverages, including Starbucks coffee drinks,
beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance
with local laws and responsible alcohol serving standards.
-Accepts guest orders for food, beverages and retail items; enters
orders into Micros and collects payment; responsible for cash
drawer and handling monies.
-Describes menu items, methods of preparation and prices to guests
-Up sells to maximize food and beverage revenues.
-Advises supervisor of low inventory items.
-Maintains sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with
state and local laws and franchise requirements.
-Reports unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
-Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows
up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Basic reading, writing and math.
Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant
operations and bartender skills is preferred.
Certification and/or License Requirement:
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as
required by local or state government agency.
Speed and efficiency.
Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Will be required to work in fast paced, stressful environment.
May be asked to work overtime.
