The restaurant features a cozy, coastal Dining Room, an extensive wine list, craft cocktails, and interactive oyster bar with 8-10 varietals offered daily. -PREP/LINE COOK JOB DESCRIPTIONThe prep/line cook is the backbone of our kitchen. In this position, the principal goal is to prepare high-quality meals that meet the chef's exact specifications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -set up and stock food items and other necessary suppliesprepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing saucescook food items by grilling, frying, saut-- -ing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standardsperform inventory checks and complete food storage logsability to understand and carry out oral and written directionsproperly operate and care for kitchen equipmentcleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift -JB.0.00.LN
