SummaryCoordinates and oversees the clerical and
administrative--functions related to a comprehensive venous clinic,
including scheduling, authorization, physician schedule management,
- Ensures appropriate patient scheduling and authorization. Works
closely with clinical team to maximize patient throughput and
- Prepares course specific reports, procedures and protocols to
ensure financial viability and corporate compliance.
- Identifies appropriate internal and external support required
for course coordination, budget and compliance documentation.
- Accountable for program metrics and statistics.
- Assists with the development and adherence to annual capital
and operating budgets. Develops and maintains participant/courses
database.Physical RequirementsWorks in office with exposure to
clinical environment as well as the Vivarium. Sight, hearing, and
speech capabilities sufficient to facilitate communication with
diverse individuals and groups. Mobility sufficient to move around
campus and drive to other participating sites.Education, Experience
and CertificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Four year
degree preferred. Minimum of three years work experience in a
healthcare related field. Clinical study experience preferred.
Knowledge of applicable software programs; license, certification,
