Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,913 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a level 3 or 4 NICU License: NC or Compact License required Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a level 3 or 4 NICU is required. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Candidates must float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby as needed. Candidate must be comfortable floating within the unit based on patient census. Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Additional RTO on the unit may result in cancellation. Patient ratios are 1:2-4. Candidates will work on a 36-hour schedule. 3 Fridays, 3 Saturdays, and 3 Sundays are required in a 6-week period. Patient diagnoses include premature infants and various surgical infants. Special procedures include therapeutic hypothermia and nitric oxide administration. Unit equipment includes servo vents, Alaris IV pumps, and BCPAP. Charting experience in Epic is preferred. Travelers cannot work more than 5 consecutive days or exceed 60 hours in a week. Pending references at the time of submission are acceptable. Candidates should provide two manager or supervisor references from the past 12 months.
