Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,269 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: NICU/PEDS Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Respiratory Therapy required License: Required NC Licensure Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: RRT or CRT, IPPV/NIPPV ventilator experience Description: Respiratory Therapist - NICU/PEDS position available. The facility includes 247 licensed beds and serves as a level 1 pediatric trauma center. This is a teaching hospital specializing in chest pain and certified stroke care. Respiratory care will be provided to all patients throughout the facility. The candidate will care for neonates and pediatrics, and may float to adult patients as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy. First-time travelers are accepted. Required skills include IPPV/NIPPV ventilator experience and familiarity with patient types in the ED, PICU, Peds CVICU, Peds PCU, and general medical floors. Support will be provided within the department, including respiratory leadership. The department utilizes EPIC for electronic medical records. Specific equipment, especially ventilators, will be discussed during the interview. Scrub color is royal blue. Free parking is available for staff.
