Job Description Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Requirements Experience: - Minimum 2 years required - 3 years preferred - Must have recent experience in a high-volume L&D unit - First-time travelers accepted with strong relevant experience Required Skills: - Circulating - Sterile vaginal exams - Immediate newborn care Certifications: - BCLS - AWHONN Intermediate - NRP Scheduling Requirements - Every other weekend required - Minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - No call requirement - Floating required as needed within specialty (including high-risk OB unit) Unit Details - Ratios: 2:1 - Average 20 births per 24 hours - 30–40 admissions per day - 40 visits per day - 20 rooms - High-risk OB / Special Maternity Care unit - Double assignments are routine 3216260 About Bestica We are a trusted provider of solutions in Information Technology and Healthcare sectors to the DoD, Federal and Commercial markets.
