What We Offer: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Renal Unit
(Full-Time, Nights) Presbyterian Medical Center – Charlotte, NC
Schedule: 7pm–7am, Full-Time Night Shift Relocation up to $7,500!

teamwork, compassion, and strong clinical skills come together to
deliver exceptional patient care. Our Medical Renal unit
specializes in caring for patients with kidney-related conditions
while also supporting a broad general medical population. Nurses on
this team gain valuable experience managing complex renal diagnoses
alongside a variety of acute medical conditions in a collaborative,
fast-paced environment. Our patient population includes individuals
with renal failure, dialysis needs, acute kidney injury, urinary
tract infections, and other kidney-related diagnoses , as well as
patients with general medical conditions requiring inpatient care
and monitoring. What We're Looking For: Education: - Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing required. - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,
preferred. - If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired
or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in
another state during the last five years, successful completion of
a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating
or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current
licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year
of completing the refresher course. Experience: One year of acute
nursing experience required. Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. - Basic Life
Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart
Association required. What You'll Do: • Provide comprehensive
nursing care for patients with renal conditions, including acute
kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and renal failure • Care for
patients requiring or preparing for dialysis treatments in
collaboration with the dialysis and nephrology teams • Monitor
patient conditions, vital signs, and lab values, recognizing and
responding to changes in renal and overall health status •
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to
individualized patient care plans • Perform thorough assessments
and develop nursing care plans that support recovery and disease
management • Educate patients and families on kidney health,
dialysis care, medications, and discharge planning • Collaborate
with physicians, nephrologists, dialysis technicians, case
management, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care •
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical
record to support safe, high-quality patient care • Support a
team-based environment that prioritizes patient safety, clinical
excellence, and compassionate care
