This role involves direct patient care and coordination with the rehabilitation team to facilitate patient treatment and recovery. Safely transport patients within the facility, ensuring comfort and safety. Monitor vital signs and patient condition during transport. Communicate effectively with the rehabilitation team to optimize patient care. Maintain and operate transport equipment. Document transport details and patient medical information accordingly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate and maintain transport equipment Proficient in monitoring vital signs Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
