Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Clinical Practice Team Lead within our
Float Pool-RN program, providing critical leadership and support
across multiple sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining
high-quality standards and ensuring seamless patient care. As a
nurse leader, you will manage a versatile team, adapt quickly to
different clinical environments, and uphold the values of
excellence and compassion that define HCA Healthcare. Provide
clinical leadership and oversight across various healthcare
settings. Ensure adherence to patient care standards and protocols.
Facilitate seamless transitions between units, promoting optimal
continuity of care. Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a
collaborative team environment. Implement and monitor compliance
with healthcare regulations and HCA’s policies. Participate in
quality improvement projects and reviews. Strong leadership and
mentorship capabilities. Excellent organizational and communication
skills. High adaptability to dynamic clinical settings. Expertise
in clinical protocols and healthcare regulations. Ability to handle
high-stress situations effectively. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification. Leadership training or
certification is highly desirable.
