Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Critical
Care/Intensivist physician to join our well-established team in
Lexington, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a

Critical Care Unit consists of a 5-bed ICU. Offer Includes:
Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative
production model after guarantee period. Additional quality-based
bonus Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on
bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation
assistance 1 week CME, $4,000 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per
year Paid malpractice insurance/tail coverage Eligible for student
loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs

Requirements Education : Successful completion of an accredited
Residency Program in U.S. or Canada Successful completion of an
accredited Critical Care Fellowship License/Certification: Kentucky
License/Eligible DEA Board certification or active participation in
