/n/t Provide direct patient care including assessments, monitoring,
and documentation /n/t /n/t - /n/t Review clinical data and
evaluate patient symptoms and progress /n/t /n/t - /n/t Develop and
implement nursing care plans within state scope of practice and
provider orders /n/t /n/t - /n/t Administer medications in
accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines /n/t
/n/t - /n/t Coordinate care with providers and support continuity
of treatment plans /n/t /n/t - /n/t Respond to medical concerns and
emergencies using sound clinical judgment /n/t /n/t - /n/t Perform
physical assessments and maintain accurate medical records /n/t
