working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Winston
Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse

required by start date Certifications: ACLS BCLS NIHSS Must-Have:
Experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips.
Telemetry interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. IV insulin
protocols and blood product administration. Central line and
peripheral line care/management. Chest tube management and
tracheostomy care. Isolation precautions. Description: RTO after
booking is not allowed. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit
can lead to a cancelation. Requires strong drip experience. The
unit operates similarly to an ICU. Target patient ratio is 1:3-4.
Patients include those in respiratory distress, unstable
hemodynamics, and those recovering from various surgeries. Only one
pressor drip per patient is allowed; additional drips may require
transfer. Nurses must recognize and treat dysrhythmias. Must manage
telemetry monitoring and use rapid response teams as needed. The
unit has bedside telemetry monitors with remote backup. Equipment
includes A-lines, BIPAPs, and chest tubes; however, there are no
vents on the unit. Floating to a sister unit may be required based
on staffing needs. Weekend work is required every other weekend.
Must work two out of three major holidays. No RTO is permitted
during the first week of assignment. References are preferred from
the past 12 months. Travelers cannot work more than five
consecutive days or exceed 60 hours in a week. Modules are required
to be completed prior to starting and annually. Additional
