Job Description:

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, delivering superior patient care within our integrated healthcare services framework. This role focuses on supporting inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice care sectors, ensuring the application of advanced treatments and effective health management practices. Candidates should be passionate about making a difference in patients' lives by providing direct nursing care, patient education, and participating in the development of nursing practices in line with our commitment to excellence. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Administer medications and maintain records of the patients' treatment. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about ongoing care and management of their conditions. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in the training of new staff and contribute to in-service education. Excellent clinical skills Proficient in using medical software for patient management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
