Position Overview: The Dental Hygienist will be an integral part of the clinical team, providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care while helping maintain a positive patient experience. The practice offers modern technology, a strong support staff, and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive services Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed Complete periodontal charting and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning when needed Maintain operatory cleanliness and follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Qualifications: Active North Carolina Hygienist license Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Strong communication and patient care skills 1 year experience preferred What We Offer: Competitive compensation Supportive, team-oriented practice Benefits may include PTO, holidays, CE allowance, and more
