Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide
essential support within school settings. This role involves
working directly with students to enhance their developmental,
sensory, and motor skills, helping them to succeed academically and
socially. Location: Greenwood, Arkansas Work Environment:
School-based with travel requirements Responsibilities: Assess and
implement individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to
student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Utilize therapeutic
techniques to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory
processing Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
in accordance with school policies Participate in meetings and
provide guidance on adaptive equipment and environmental
modifications Travel between schools as necessary to deliver
services Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist
licensure or certification Experience working within school
settings preferred Strong ability to engage and motivate
school-aged children Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school locations
