registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

Nurse with expertise in Stepdown care to support patient health and
recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment. This contract
position offers a chance to work in Lexington, NC, delivering
specialized nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive
care to general wards. Responsibilities include: Monitoring patient
conditions closely, focusing on those requiring intermediate-level
care. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement
patient care plans. Observing and reporting changes in patient
status promptly. Educating patients and families on care plans and
health management. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current,
valid RN license. Proven experience in Stepdown or progressive care
nursing. Strong assessment skills with attention to detail. Ability
to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent
