Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: General Med/Tele skillset: Stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc), PCA pumps Medication gtt management to include: Cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF Unit/Facility Details: First-time traveler is not preferred but will consider. Parking: Free Special Requests: Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays 36 or 48 hours are available. Floating Requirements: All units within scope at Mercy.
