Experience with titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips - 1 year
of EPIC experience required Description: This position involves
working in a Progressive ICU environment. The nurse will care for
adult and geriatric patients. The unit comprises 10 beds, focusing
on step-down patients from ICU. Common diagnoses include
respiratory failure, sepsis, heart failure, DKA/HHS, alcohol
withdrawal, and overdose. The nurse will often be required to float
to other units as necessary. Floating is limited to areas where
staff are qualified and have documented competencies. This role
demands expertise in managing complex patient care. The nurse
should be able to respond to emergency situations and manage
dysrhythmias. Regular engagement with interdisciplinary support
services is expected. A focus on delivering high-quality patient
