U.S. Renal Care, a leading provider in dialysis services across the United States, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse, Peritoneal RN to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to maintain high standards of care and enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing peritoneal dialysis treatments from initiation to conclusion, providing patient education, and supporting patients and their families. Perform and manage peritoneal dialysis procedures. Assess patient condition before, during, and after treatment, adjusting treatments as needed. Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options. Ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness per health regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans. In-depth knowledge of peritoneal dialysis procedures and equipment. Excellent patient care and monitoring abilities. Strong communication and education skills for patient interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred.
