Pharmacist Location: Winston Salem, NC Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $80 to $90 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 3 Months Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Responsibilities : staff as a pharmacist 2-3 days per week, including order verification, collaboration with nursing and providers, product verification, Omnicell knowledge and utilization/troubleshooting, antimicrobial stewardship. Leads quarterly P&T meeting, brings agenda items to monthly Medical Executive Staff meeting, compiles monthly data for CPS, compiles antimicrobial scorecard monthly, completes controlled substance audits and communicates with nursing, orders CII’s, orders medications through multiple free trial programs and ensures compliance, and overall ensure ongoing operations and compliance of the pharmacy. Expectations : Top priorities are to ensure continuity of services - staffing, maintain good clinical services, drug inventory, long-acting injection from free trial programs, controlled substance compliance, there will be a binder onsite and Sharepoint site with all needed resources.
