Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – North Carolina
Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Jefferson, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week
Highlights: LDRP unit providing comprehensive mother and baby care
in a close-knit, low-volume setting Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2
for focused, individualized care Higher acuity and high-risk cases
requiring strong clinical judgment and autonomy Charting systems
include Centricity and Meditech Magic Approximately 100 births
annually; ideal for clinicians who thrive in intimate care
environments Float requirements to Med-Surg, CNA, secretary, or
helping hands roles as needed Requirements: Minimum 2 years of
Labor & Delivery nursing experience Active North Carolina or
Compact RN license (must be in hand by start date) Current
certifications: ACLS, BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, NRP, and AWHONN
(Intermediate or Advanced) STABLE certification preferred Strong
clinical skills and ability to work independently in a small
department setting First-time travelers accepted; local candidates
welcome Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
