Job Description Conduct Curb is a dedicated family-centered agency that utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis to provide intensive behavioral intervention and skill development services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Manager to join our team! Job Description The Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical health and integrity of their assigned Center. They are also responsible for maintaining a caseload, monitoring the completion of client ITP/BIPs at their assigned clinic site, as well as supervising and training assigned Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians at their site. Essential Functions Has clinical oversight over Program Coordinator(s) and Registered Behavior Technicians at their assigned clinic site. Abide by BACB Code of Ethics and certificate criteria. Recognize and abide by boundaries of practice set forth in the current BACB Task List. Maintain active certification status, in good standing. Guide & train Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians in addressing maladaptive behaviors based on behavior reduction plans and implementing interventions based on skill acquisition plans. Provide training to Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians on skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans. Assist with training Behavior Technicians seeking RBT certification when requested. Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses. ITP development and BIP development. Analyze data and make decisions for client goals based on data. Assist/Conduct new client intake/assessments at assigned clinic site. Meet with parents monthly for parent training, to discuss goals, review treatment, etc. Provide crisis management and guidance on client cases during crisis situations. Complete daily clinical case notes. Report a minimum of twenty-four (24) billable hours per week. Maintain client welfare and dignity. Work with Clinical Director to monitor and ensure timely submission of ITPs and other required documentation for authorizations at assigned site. Lead or participate in insurance peer reviews. Work with Clinical Director to complete behavioral assessments for potential clients at assigned site. Uphold CC policies and procedures. Act as stewards of the handbook and redirect (or inform/work with employee’s supervisor) when needed. Participate in company-wide trainings and educational opportunities as assigned by Clinical Director. Participate in monthly (or bi-monthly) leadership meeting. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide supervision and training to assigned Program Coordinator(s) seeking BCBA and BCaBA certification. Provide and document RBT supervision via the BACB for RBTs at clinic site, as needed. Oversee/conduct weekly RBT supervision at assigned clinic site weekly. Ensure BCBAs, BCaBAs, and remote clinical supervisors assigned to the site submit weekly required billable hours in a timely manner. Conduct weekly RBT group supervision for site. Work with Clinical Director to lead weekly clinical team meetings. Conduct 1:1 meetings with Program Coordinators at assigned clinic site. Participate/conduct interviews for RBTs at assigned clinic site. Conduct disciplinary procedures when appropriate. Competencies Detailed oriented. Professional appearance. Demonstrate solid communication skills both written and verbal. Works well in teams and has the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Physical Demands The Clinical Manager may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, climb stairs, and/or do repetitive tasks with few breaks. The Clinical Manager may also be required to use various methods of safe physical management techniques to ensure the safety of Conduct Curb clients and staff. ?Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. Travel Required As needed. Required Education and Experience Credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D). Minimum Education and Experience Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field. Minimum of (2) years of experience and expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder as the BCBA. Additional Eligibility Requirements Must pass criminal and sexual abuse background checks. Must provide proof of clean TB and drug tests. Must have reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance. Must complete IHCP Rendering Provider Agreement.
