Mammography Technologist for a per diem / prn job in Charlotte,
North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Mammography Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional -
Duration: Ongoing - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Per
Diem As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for the
integration of scientific knowledge and technical skills with
effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and
useful diagnostic information. This responsibility includes
completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the
highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the
most remarkable patient experience. Education: /t• Graduate of an
accredited radiologic technology program /t• Certification in
Mammography /t• ARRT registered and Mammography registry /t•
Completed required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification
remains active /t• Active state licensure, where applicable Prior
Experience: /t• 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
Special Qualifications: /t• Compassionate bedside manner and strong
communication skills. /t• Ability to work collaboratively with
physicians and other healthcare professionals /t• Familiarity with
Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Continuing education
