Physical Therapist Location: Shelby, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,486 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required License: Valid PT License Certifications: CPR Certification, Car Insurance Must-Have: - PT License - CPR Certification - Car Insurance Description: Physical Therapist needed for home health setting. The position involves managing a rural territory. Average caseload is 6 patients per day. Responsibilities include visits, evaluations, admissions, and discharges. Patient demographics primarily consist of geriatric individuals. The team consists of 2 Physical Therapists, 1 Physical Therapist in orientation, and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant. Technology used includes electronic medical records systems. The role may involve some floating within the designated branch coverage area. Scheduling includes a Monday to Friday workweek. Weekend rotation is not required. On-call duties are not applicable. Holiday work may be needed as necessary. Approval for time off should go through the manager. Shift times are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
