Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,161 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Respiratory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years Respiratory Therapy experience required. License: Current NC Licensure required. Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP required. Must-Have: RRT or CRT certification. Description: This position requires a skilled Respiratory Therapist. The facility is a licensed Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center and teaching hospital. The Respiratory Therapist will provide care for all patient types, including neonate, pediatric, and adult patients as needed. Candidates must have experience with IPPV and NIPPV ventilators. Floating to different units is essential, but staff will not be floated to another facility. Candidates must have familiarity with Emergency Department, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Progressive Care Unit, and General Medical Floors. Technology used includes an EMR system and department-specific ventilators. The department is supportive and has leadership available for guidance. Preferred candidates will have two years of experience working in a resource team setting. Scheduling will allow for up to six days off excluding holidays, and any additional time off must be added to the end of the contract. Scrub color for this position is royal blue.
